We offer two recreational programs at our Family Programs Centre at

1 McGrigor St.

 

Wado-Kai Karate

 

Classes are taught by a black belt instructor using traditional style karate.
Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions.

 

Tuesday and Thursday
Children (7+) 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Adults (16+)  7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Adult Drop-In Volleyball (18+)

Enjoy a fun afternoon of recreational volleyball. Adults of all ages are welcome!

 

Wednesdays, October - April
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Fee: Adults - $5.00 per session
Senior Rate (55+) - $3.00 per session

 

Membership Discount Structure

Individual membership discount cards are $20.00 (includes preschool, children, youth, adults and seniors).

Family membership discount cards are $45.00 (includes up to 4 people residing at the same address). 

Cardholders receive $10.00 off the registration fee for some programs when presenting their card. Discount cards can be purchased at any time.

 

For Rent

We also rent our fully equipped gymnasium and club room to families, teams and groups for the season or for single events. Perfect for yoga, dance classes, sports and more!
